During my last two visits, t... read more This is one of the worst Dunkin' locations I've been to. It seems like they regularly mess up the drinks or run out of ingredients. During my last two visits, they didn't even have any espresso drinks available. I leave feeling disappointed almost every time I go.

The woman working the drive-thru was quite rude. The drive-thru service tends to be quite slow, so it's best to steer clear if you're in a hurry! The staff is friendly and doing their best, but overall, this is one of the least impressive Dunkin' locations I’ve ever been to.

She was polite and cheerful when ordering at the drive-t... read more This was our first visit to Pennsylvania. My wife wanted a coffee, and this was the only option nearby. She was polite and cheerful when ordering at the drive-thru, but the employee taking the order was anything but. She was very rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude was disrespectful and unpleasant. After we received our order, the same girl made an offensive gesture towards my wife. I checked the reviews, and it seems this employee has been causing issues for at least a year. On the plus side, the coffee itself was okay.
