She was polite and cheerful when ordering at the drive-t... read more This was our first visit to Pennsylvania. My wife wanted a coffee, and this was the only option nearby. She was polite and cheerful when ordering at the drive-thru, but the employee taking the order was anything but. She was very rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there at all. Her attitude was disrespectful and unpleasant. After we received our order, the same girl made an offensive gesture towards my wife. I checked the reviews, and it seems this employee has been causing issues for at least a year. On the plus side, the coffee itself was okay.

She managed all th... read more I visited Dunkin' store #338791 in Blakely, PA, and was truly impressed by the dedication of the single employee running the entire location. She managed all the orders by herself with a fantastic attitude and genuine friendliness. Although they were out of espresso, she skillfully prepared my drink using regular coffee, and it tasted wonderful. The owner should definitely recognize her outstanding service. Hats off to that associate!

I’m giving two stars because the woman on the speaker was friendly and apologetic.

The drive-thru service tends to be quite slow, so it's best to steer clear if you're in a hurry! The staff is friendly and doing their best, but overall, this is one of the least impressive Dunkin' locations I’ve ever been to.
