Very disappointed... It took a total of 22 minutes to get two hot dogs and some fries. The employee handling the situation was very friendly, but being nice doesn't make up for the extra 12-minute wait and the fries that were only lukewarm at best. I’m giving two stars because she was genuinely sweet about it!
I don't typically write reviews, but my daughter and I are really disappointed with a recent experience. While we were washing our hands in the women's restroom, a male employee entered without any warning. When I brought this up to management, I was told there was no policy in place to prevent this, even if the restroom was occupied. I suggested that a female employee should have checked to ensure the restroom was vacant before he entered, but management explained that due to COVID and staffing shortages, that wasn't feasible. Are you serious? My teenage daughter felt uncomfortable, and that's all you had to say? I'm shocked.
This review is strictly about my experience while pumping gas. I used my Sheetz card, entered my credit card information, and chose my desired octane level. However, I had to decline two prompts on the screen before I could start pumping gas. I understand that upselling is part of the process, but I simply wanted to fill up and move on without being frustrated. What's next? Will I have to watch an advertisement to pump gas?
I would have rated it 5 stars for the excellent truck parking, but sadly, they've removed tacos from the menu.
I visited the drive-thru this morning and encountered a problem, but the staff handled it wonderfully for me. I can't emphasize enough how grateful I am for their assistance today! I was going through a tough personal situation, and their kindness truly brightened my day!
