One of our favorite restaurants! We love Friday nights as they always have live music. Great way to start the weekend!
This is the 4th Valentine's Day to this place for 15 years. my wife liked the service, eating and atmosphere at this place on all 3 visit in the past. this year. has changed a lot. the service is far below the par and the restaurant was half empty. not usual for the 7Pm on valentinstag . it took long until 2 pieces of brot without butter were brought out. the waiter was not there to ask for butter. eating was okay, but little salty. we drove 58 miles to this place from where we live. we're not coming here anymore.
Beautiful ambiente, warm, friendly staff, from the reservation (btw, they called me before our reservation to ask if we want to be up with the music) to be greeted by the hostess. our server therese was great, helpful in choosing our dinner, explaining how the food is prepared and where it comes from. the wine “sommelier” mckendrick was excellent, took the time to discuss our wine selection and even send a second bottle, with their supplements. we will return the next weekend, and highly recommend to anyone who wants a unique, delicious truly welcoming culinary experience, not this jewel in hope, new jersey up.
We always enjoy dinner in the inn at millrace, it is such a beautiful place and eating is excellent! we had a cocktail in the tavern, which is due to its grist mill history with huge beams and a massive kamin along with stone foundation. we had dinner in the dining room, layla was our waitress, we had them as our server and she makes an excellent work. it's always a nice night when they go in, it's one of our places.
Excellent in every sight, as usual. we combine our very nice lunch with a visit to the nest and make the one hour drive from our place in essex county to hope an absolutely pleasant afternoon.
Jerico's, located in New Jersey, has been a popular choice for special occasions, but some recent experiences have left customers disappointed. While the food quality is usually top-notch, there have been complaints about under-seasoned steaks and slow service. However, there are still positive reviews highlighting the excellent food and pleasant ambiance. Overall, the restaurant seems to have some inconsistencies to be aware of before dining.

We always enjoy having dinner at the Inn at Millrace, it is such a beautiful venue and the food is outstanding! We had a cocktail in the tavern which is a treat because of it's grist mill history with huge beams and a massive fireplace along with stone foundation. We had dinner in the dining room, Layla was our waitress, we've had her as our server before and she does an excellent job. It is always a nice night when you go to the Inn, it is one of our go to places.
Excellent in all respects, as usual. We combine our very nice lunch with a visit to The Nest, making the one-hour drive from our place in Essex County to Hope a completely pleasurable afternoon.
