Scooter's Coffee - Blair

I’ve been visiting this roller place every day for the past eight years, and it’s becoming increasingly frustrating. It seems like every location in the square has the same menu and recipes, so I expect the drinks to be consistent across the board. However, I was disappointed today. My caramel latte was off – no extra shot and definitely not as sweet as it usually is. Additionally, the frosting on my cinnamon roll was not right; it had crystallized sugar instead of the delicious, creamy frosting that I love. I really hope they can improve this. I'm starting to think it might be worth my while to drive the extra 10 minutes to Fremont instead of wasting my money here and dealing with these issues.

Every time I visit, I order the iced mocha since it's the best drink on the menu. However, the price is quite steep. I can't believe I have to pay $5 for a drink that takes only 2 minutes to make.

All their locations share the same menus and recipes, so you would expect the drinks to taste the same everywhere. However, my experience today was disappointing. My Caramelicious lacked flavor and sweetness, and it didn't even have the extra shot I requested. Additionally, the frosting on my cinnamon roll was off—it's usually that delicious, creamy frosting I love, but this time it was crystallized sugar. Please improve your standards. It might almost be worth the 10-minute drive to the Fremont location instead of dealing with constant issues here and wasting my money.

The experience was excellent, and the young lady who served us was both polite and friendly.

This location is one of the easiest to order from and communicate with. The staff is consistently friendly and very accommodating. I definitely prefer it over any locations in Omaha, Bellevue, or Fremont!
