They had not our reservation, then we did not eat there; there are no places available. There were at least two groups for birthday, I think, and a lot of noise. We couldn't have a table, then we go to another restaurant. I was angry that no one advised us.
For a new regular client which has been going there a few times a month since last 2-3months with a big group 6-10 people I find it sic that excuses given at time of arrival and 1 hour lost without knowing what is going on. I usually book a few times with OpenTable even the week before this weekend and no issues. The lady says we not members of OpenTable for over 1 month The manager says we cancel OpenTable since 1 week After 1 hour waiting he try’s to put us in high chairs, hey we are not kids and all over 50s year old. Why not put the people who came after 6;30 in high chairs... Bad service and this was not expected.

We arrived for our reservation, but they didn't have it on record, so we couldn’t dine there as there were no available tables. It seemed like there were at least two large birthday groups celebrating, which made it even more difficult to find a spot. Frustratingly, we had to leave and try another restaurant. I was really upset that no one informed us about the mix-up.
