Pho noodles weren't freshly boiled, it stuck to the bottom in a clump just as it would if you ordered door dash. Meat was too chunky, also for the price you the portion is way too small. Additionally the toppings for pho were all old and dried and was packaged with a foil as if it was already pre packaged. I'm assuming they don't make the Pho fresh here. The spring rolls were fantastic, especially when enjoyed with the house peanut sauce, and the egg rolls exceeded our expectations. We also had the Pad Thai with chicken, which was excellent!
I was disappointed by the automatic 20% tip; it seemed too much given that the service wasn't up to par.
The food is delicious, but be sure to double-check your order before leaving. I ended up missing two items from mine.
The only reason this restaurant stays in business is because of the exorbitant prices they charge, especially given the quality and portion sizes of the food. Additionally, they automatically add a mandatory 16% gratuity to the bill, without any exceptions.
I ordered the pad Thai, and I was really impressed by the flavors; they were exceptional. Additionally, it offered great value for the price.
