My wife and some of her friends visited the wok 31 a lunch to celebrate the birthday of one of their friends. they arrived between 2:00 and 2:15. the place clos... read more My wife and some of her friends visited the wok 31 a lunch to celebrate the birthday of one of their friends. they arrived between 2:00 and 2:15. the place closes inseparable at 2:30 o'clock, but this is not an excuse for the manager to get aggresively and...rudely all at 2:30. that's it. buffet and not fast food. also my wife found a hair in her eating. one of my friends my wife was a couple of days earlier at the same place and a young (5 year old girl wore a food and accidentally fell it. the poor girl was rated by the same owner or manager of a woman aggressive.) the mother of the girl took quite right the women's upper arm and said powerfully never to do again. these two incidents clearly show that their treatment of customers is terrible

On a positive note, kids were happy with the desserts.

Wok 31 is a Chi... read more This was our second visit to Wok 31 we came back because we enjoyed the food the first time around and the second time we were not disappointed. Wok 31 is a Chinese buffet restaurant that caters for a French palette by this I mean they have fresh sea food inclusing lobster and a good selection of cheeses. As with all buffets you can help yourself to as much or as little as you like. Here it is very easy to help yourself to too much as there are so many choices of good food. Aside from the starters and main the dessert area is amazing with so much choice from many tempting things. Fresh fruit, pastries, Chinese desserts, ice cream, sweets to name but a few. The place does not feel rushed and the staff are attentive.

We filled one small plate of food and ate a couple of bites each and when we complained the manager dealing with it was rude and completely unhelpful. Places needs shutting down in my opinion.
