Service non existent like McDonald's they've made things easier for themselves by installing terminals to input the orders, but unlike McD there is no system for receiving them, so you have to listen for your number to be shouted. To cap it all, they don't serve the drinks, these have to be separately obtained from a machine (which had a long queue). Not recommended especially as my husband and I went down with food poisoning the next morning!
The Tacos are inedible. INEDIBLE. And what they are supposed to know how to do well, that's fried chicken pieces, are ONLY available in the crispy version. 62 years of my life choosing the traditional recipe, and NOW in 2019, I have to go crispy??? NEVER.
We love KFC for convenient food . Visited this one near the Blagnac airport nearly every time we have passed through and always has been as KFCs are , but sadly not this time. The large family bucket was full of over cooked chickens as the look and we all confirmed it the taste and that stringy horrible texture. The worst part was when complained the guy offered to replace the large chicken pieces with the strips which were also overlooked but we had tried a piece each already so 4 had gone naturally ,not that we had enjoyed them ! The manager refused to refund our money ,let alone compensating, until my little boy got involved with his fluent French (unlike the parents! and only then we got our purchase price minus the eaten strips of chicken back! And to top it up they claimed the always cooked the chicken like that which was untrue and hope will not be the case in an unlikely visit in the future in that outlet !
When I go to a Pub I expect to get a Pint!, its normal im in a pub!! KFC thought they would do one better! Oh sorry we don't sell chicken pieces anymore! There's not enough demand! The original recipe is what made KFC famous in the first place! The reason there was no demand for chicken pieces is because you were not giving any value for money providing pieces of chicken that look smaller than a quail! If I wanted them frozen tenders with no flavour at all i would go to the frozen section of my supermarket buy it! i hope that KFC read this message take action! The KFC here needs a complete revamp!
At last it looks like KFC are finaly listening, from pieces of chicken that look like quails to pieces of Chicken that actually look like Chicken. We are in region of France were Le Gers is close by there is no reason why they cant use local produce. Just a few years ago they stopped making the orignial Chicken as there was no demand I stopped going! Will be nice if KFC can introduce Coleslaw. . Compared to other Countries it is expensive though, They should be able to decrease the price of a bargain barket keep those standards high!
