Domino's Pizza - Blaenau Gwent

I ordered food and waited over an hour, even though the app said the delivery time was 30 minutes. I was happy to wait since it was the weekend. When the food finally arrived, it was the wrong order! I called the number listed online, but it took me 16 attempts to actually get through. I was assured that replacement meals would be sent right away, but then I waited another 50 minutes and had to call again. This time, it took me 5 tries to connect. I was informed that the pizza was just leaving. When it finally arrived, it was cold.

I ordered food online and received notifications when it was on its way. The delivery driver was friendly and polite, although she had to apologize because not all of my order was included, which required her to return to the restaurant for the missing items. The pizza itself was nice, but it arrived only warm instead of hot. While it was tasty, I found the advertisement for an 18-rated TV program displayed alongside the pizza to be inappropriate, especially considering that children might be present in the household.

We placed an online order for pickup at the restaurant. There was a slight delay with one of the pizzas, and the incredibly friendly staff offered us complimentary cookies to apologize for the inconvenience. It was a lovely and unexpected gesture, and we really appreciated it.

Pizza was full of hair spoke to them asked to collect and refund me and was told they couldn’t refund me for 3 days before they had confermation from head office ... spoke to a guy called Chris with a stinking attitude who just didn’t want to help will never go there again .

Terrible pizzas. Ordered extra cheese on both pizzas, no cheese hardly at all on them ; also not cooked cheese was hard, looked a mess, food all slid to one side to have the pizzas had nothing on them, really annoyed as the manager could only offer a refund if they collected the pizzas, no help at all, even took photos
