Out of one or more things any time i go there. i just went to this subway, placed a online order to save time, i get there at 5:40 fully expecting to wait 10 mins my meal was supposed to be ready by 5:50) it’s finally 5:50 and I’m watching to see if my orders even being made, nope! i have to tell them to make my order and by now it’s 5 mins late and i’m late for family events. anyways not only were they 10 mins late by now with my meal i ordered AHEAD but the woman making the meal makes it wrong i wanted white bread because they were out of my normal preference) and she grabs a tortilla?? like what? so eat here at your own risk i guess. also i’m not one to leave unnecessary hateful remarks about some business but man were they botched, i feel bad for the other people also because she completely forgot to continue their orders

Waited over 30 minutes just to order. Only one person was working.

Ordered 6 subs online. Waited 20 to leave to even leave to give them time, (by the time we left the app said our subs were already ready to pick up and stated a time of 655) and it took us 10 to get there. That gave them 30 minutes and when we arrived the subs weren't even started. There was 6 people in line, 1 worker, making 1 sub at a time. While waiting 4 more people showed up, and all 6 people of the original people where still there. There's no way to request a refund on app, and you couldn't even talk to the worker to ask in store. We now it's been an hour and 10 minutes from the time order was placed, and we finally got our food. I feel bad for the long line of customers still waiting. Why only 1 worker on a Saturday night?

Between the constant screw ups, not honoring any coupons, and the cheapest sub being a full meal from the restaurant next door, I can't suggest this place. Go down the road, nothing good here anymore Food: 1
