Subway - Blackstone

The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The service was quick and efficient. The food was quite decent. I dined in for dinner and found the price per person to be very reasonable, ranging from $1 to $10. Overall, I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the Tuna Sub!

I primarily place my orders through the Subway app, and picking them up from the Blackstone location has been a great experience. They consistently bring my order out right after I check in, and it's always prepared correctly. The employees I've interacted with are friendly and welcoming. While my hometown has a Subway, the quality there is so poor that I prefer to go to the Blackstone location instead. The only downside is that this location doesn’t take part in the deals available on the app.

I visited this restaurant with a coupon for two footlong subs that I had received in the mail. When I handed the coupon to the cashier after she had already made the subs, she rudely informed me that they do not accept coupons. There was no indication of this anywhere. I ended up only getting one sub, and the cashier got angry and threw the other one in the trash instead of letting me have it. I won’t be returning to this location.

They don’t accept coupons which I don’t understand and even when you’re willing to pay for deluxe or double meat they short you the owners are very cheap it seems, I don’t go anymore Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Tuna Sub

This has got to be the worse SUBWAY Sandwich Shop on the Eastern Seaboard. The manager told (at least he said he was the manager) one of the employees not to put any more black olives on the sandwich that I ordered. I 'm like where 's the sign that says you only get x number of tomatoes or black olives. Then he came behind the counter without washing his hands. This place is a food poisoning waiting to hit you in the gut. I told the manager to eat the sandwich. He said he do not eat meat! Good Luck eating at this garbage can! Wouldn 't even give it 1 star but got to do it to complete the post.
