Despite their assurance over the phone that everything was correct, I ended up with the complete opposite sides. The service, however, was excellent; the staff were very kind. I had high hopes for the food since I'd heard great things from others, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. I might give it another shot in the future.

There was no apology for the delay. When I asked about the long wait, the cashier explained she was the only one working that day. I get that many restaurants are dealing with staffing issues, but if better service can’t be provided, it might be best to close temporarily.

I thoroughly enjoyed my ham biscuit; it’s evident that someone there knows how to make biscuits! However, the eggs in the breakfast sandwich were a bit bland. I also wish they offered Coke instead of just Pepsi products. On a positive note, the blueberry biscuit is incredible—definitely a standout!

My husband and I were dining with our granddaughter, who ordered a backyard burger combo and found it was undercooked. We alerted the waitress, explaining that everything else had been fine up until that point. She noted our concerns and promised that our granddaughter would receive a complimentary meal as compensation for the inconvenience. However, when we returned on 10/12/22, the manager informed us that they could only provide a replacement burger. Unfortunately, I will have to seriously reconsider dining there again.
