Very tide and nice Starbucks. Simply it's an affiliate Starbucks to Virginia Tech, me personally appreciate that. But it doesn't support mobile order and doesn't supply clover reserve which is my personal favorite, thus a little disappointed applies to me. After all, a nice place if you love starbucks coffee and don't want to ride along spending precious time. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I received the incorrect order and felt like I should just accept whatever was already prepared. No apologies were given by any of the employees. This Starbucks location was the worst franchise I have ever been to. View all feedback.
Edit after response: I inquired and they only had a small bag available, along with large cup holders that did not fit inside the bag.
I would have given 0 stars for the service if I could. Today was the last straw. I had to take the time to really complain. I have consistently received the wrong order, whether it was in-store or through mobile ordering. This time, I received a completely different order than what I had requested (I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher with two scoops of dragon fruit, but received a strawberry refresher with only 3 small pieces of strawberry). I didn't have the time to wait for a remake, so I simply mentioned that the order was missing the two scoops of dragon fruit. The first person I spoke to just checked the tag again, asked the employee who prepared it, whispered something to each other, and insisted that the order was correct. I had to explain once again what was missing, and finally, they added the two scoops, closed the lid, and slammed the drink on the counter. I have also worked in the food industry and have never seen this behavior before. The food and drinks are usually good, but the croissants are often old and soggy, which is why I am giving three stars. I have not tried anything else on the menu.
The service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced in the food industry. It was so bad that I felt compelled to make a formal complaint to the company, something I have never done before. The overall experience was extremely disappointing.
This has to be the worst Starbucks I've ever had. The coffee tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. My croissant was burned on the edges and ice cold in the middle. The staff were all horribly rude. I dont know what happened to this store, but there is no way that I'll be going here again with so many other options in the area
Good Starbucks close to campus. No drive-through so it's quieter, and the staff are so nice.
