Although the food is mainly bar food it's prepared perfectly and the choices are a little different than most places. Our server was attentive and friendly and we had an excellent time. Appetizers of note were the fried pickles (slices with a delicate batter) and the fried mac cheese (served with a delicious hearty red sauce). The best entree by far was the fried catfish. The breading was light and the fish was flaky and served piping hot. Boneless wings were also good with a tangy bbq sauce not too much breading! Burger was prepared perfectly and fries were crisp and hot. We will definitely go back to Griff's the next time we're in Louisville.
