the service is further away here. the personal is good, but they are inexperienced and unfortunately have no healthy sense. they are w slow to check if everything is in order, clear plates, billing etc. everything must be triggered. also told them that the service was bad and I was repent and soon to see it again. they simply don't think if they are not equipped to deal with the feedback, they should simply escalate...
