I come here often and the service is just getting worse, seems management don't really care who they hire because they are all kids who don't know the differenc... read more I come here often and the service is just getting worse, seems management don't really care who they hire because they are all kids who don't know the difference between a footlong sub and a inch. Twice I have been in there and come...out with a footlong but been charged for a inch. Then they literally throw your sandwich about and at you, stand about talking to each other laughing and joking, the tables are unclean from people sitting at them, flies flying around the place. Never thought I would have yo leave a bad review about subway but this one is the worst I've been to!!! Sort it out subway ffs

She was very busy and seemed overwhelmed as she was the only one working. She had to handle both in-store customers and online orders from Just Eat. The girl was very pleasant and polite, but it was not fair for her to be left alone during such a busy time.

The Subway outlet on South Shore Promenade wa... read more I am a huge fan of Subway restaurants, so whenever I see one and am feeling hungry, I always make sure to stop by. The Subway outlet on South Shore Promenade was especially good. It had the standard Subway layout with big bay windows, typical Subway interior, and a glass fronted serving bar, making it a really cool spot. My twin brother Stephen and I visited on a Wednesday afternoon and decided to try the tuna sandwich. It was prepared with fresh ingredients right in front of us and was absolutely amazing – so tasty and filling. The prices were great value for the quality of the food, and it was the perfect meal to fuel us up for a few hours of exploring the pubs in the area. This Subway is easy to find on Waterloo Road and is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

However, I could tell he was feeling the pressure from an evaluation because he was being closely monitored and questioned by a woman who did not have a uniform or badge. She was also not wearing a hat while behind the counter, which is not acceptable. Regardless of who you are, a hat should always be worn when working behind the counter. I hope the server passed the evaluation.
