There was a hair found in the chicken dish. When the owner was informed about it, her response was that the customer still had to pay for it. Only one piece of chicken had been eaten before the hair was noticed. Instead of offering to replace the dish, the owner's response was odd. Despite paying for the dish, the reviewer stated they would never return to the restaurant. They mentioned that three other options were closed and Michael Wan was fully booked, so they decided to give this place a chance since it was empty. However, they advised to always trust your instincts as the lack of customers may be for a reason. Overall, the reviewer critiqued the terrible customer service experience at the restaurant.
I had a very enjoyable meal at this restaurant. The taste, quality, and value for money were all top-notch. The service was quick and friendly, and I couldn't find any faults with it. Overall, a great experience.
