Only one piece of chicken had been eaten before the hair was noticed. Instead of offering to replace the dish, the owner's response was odd. Despite paying for the dish, the reviewer stated they would never return to the restaurant. They mentioned that three other options were closed and Michael Wan was fully booked, so they decided to give this place a chance since it was empty.
