Next day we called again a... read more Called here on Friday 22nd for 2 teas husband ordered and was given 2 mugs of tea and you helped yourself to milk which was all fine. Next day we called again and I went to the counter and an old gentleman was doing the drinks. I asked for 2 teas and was given 2 paper mugs both with milk. I said the gentleman I only want 1 with milk. He replied why didn't you say so, I replied I took it you helped yourself to milk. He responded with there is nowhere in Blackpool that does that. He was very rude and the young girl on the till was very shocked she was so embarrassed. Needless to say will not be visiting again.

They complained about finding a hair in their food and said their toast was like rubber. The staff was polite and offered a refund of nearly £40, but the family still ate everything. It was clear they were just looking for something to complain about. The staff handled the situation well, but the behavior of the family was disgraceful. I hope they read this and realize how awful their behavior was.
