It's disappointing that they haven't served coffee for about 5 years, and even when they did, it was usually closed after 8 pm, possibly because they didn't want to clean up. The food is mediocre at best.

I couldn't help b... read more I ordered a boneless banquet for one and a big daddy box meal from KFC on Devonshire Road. Unfortunately, both meals came with very few chips. I couldn't help but feel like I would have gotten more chips with a kids' meal. This experience has been on my mind since I ordered on Friday and I feel like it was a rip-off. This isn't the first time we've had issues with our order from this location, as last time we didn't receive any chips at all. KFC on Devonshire Road, you need to up your game.

Paid through window, got the food through window and turned out this was not hot wings snack box as requested, was popcorn chicken. Informed a staff member this was not the order as requested and he explained they no longer do hot wings snack box as a menu. A staff member should of informed in first place when I mentioned this through drive though and paid. No receipt given and price was different. Very poor communication. And not to mentioned they don’t do Krushems for 2 years now, always say machine broke when it’s not the case, how can 2 years of a machine be broken be a last visit

I had to remove them before... read more I ordered a family feast of 6 pieces of chicken, but three of them were full of tiny bones that were not thigh or drumstick pieces. I had to remove them before giving the chicken to my children, which was not good. It was completely unacceptable to have pieces of chicken with small bones hidden beneath the batter. I will not be returning to this restaurant again after such an unpleasant experience when all I wanted to do was eat.
