The total came to £19.38, and we were all completely satisfied and full. It was great value for money, and honestly, the tastiest fish and chips I've had in a long time. Fishers Plaice is definitely my new go-to chip shop.

However, the fish w... read more This chippy in Blackpool is certainly not up to par. We ordered two fish and chips with curry sauce, expecting large portions as advertised. However, the fish was disappointingly small inside rock-hard batter, with an unpleasant taste and mysterious black bits. The curry sauce was bland and had a texture similar to wallpaper paste. The chips seemed old, reheated, and soggy. We used to enjoy this place under previous management, but it has since gone downhill. Save your money and stomach and visit Onslow Chippy around the corner instead.
