This is a beautiful place! Chris always takes the time for his customers and is consistently polite. The burgers here are the tastiest in Blackpool. I absolutely love it; we never miss a chance to stop by!
Beautiful kerl, beautiful burger
Before the pandemic I promised myself I'd never set foot in a Frankie and Benny's ever again. It wasn't because of this particular one but just in general I found them expensive rubbish with small portions. But last week my daughter really wanted to go to one when we were away in Blackpool for her birthday so I gave in and we went here not expecting anything great but oh my was pleased. The position sizes were amazing and the food tasted great. I just hope the ones nearer home are going to be just as nice.

Squeezed us in despite being fully booked. Sarah was outstanding in delivering a first class customer service. She gave us a warm welcome, and even spared us 5 minutes to ask about our day. She was always attentive offering us more drinks, checking if we were comfortable and recommending dishes from the menu. It’s amazing to see a ‘hands-on’ manager who’s on the floor with the rest of the team looking after guests. Food was hot, tasty, and served quickly. Would definitely recommend, and visit again soon.
