18 of us went in for a hen do, we didn’t have to pay to get in but we went in early. We had a few drinks, music and dancing, drinks were nice, place was clean, would go again next time in Blackpool.
What Joanne Cook dislikes about Brannigans:
The slimline blonde waitress with the Harry S.Truman glasses was astoundingly rude and uncivil. After we confirmed we wanted to pay for our drinks separately she responded obnoxiously with “for f*cks sake” then moved onto some other customers without bothering to take our order. Needless to say, myself and my acquaintances won’t be patronising this establishment again! View all feedback.
I definitely would not return to this restaurant. The beer I ordered tasted absolutely awful, so I sent it back. The manager was very rude and refused to change it, claiming there was nothing wrong with it. Even the bar staff agreed with me, but the manager insisted that I should just drink it since I ordered it. This pub was shocking and I definitely would not recommend it.
There are not sufficient fire exits and a lack of smoke detectors at this restaurant, Keith Lard would not approve.
This Irish pub is the worst I've ever been to. The staff member with blonde hair said she hates Scottish and Irish people, and the atmosphere made it clear that they have no understanding or appreciation for either culture.

Fantastic customer service I had on Saturday night from a lady with red hair and a black and white jacket.!!!! think her name was steph she went above and beyond to make my night great. you need more staff like this in your club. please can u pass on the fantastic comment to her please will be back and hopefully see this member of staff for another fantastic night of customer service This member of staff needs a promotion as fantastic customer service
