They advertise all you can eat pasta and pizza BUT there was no pasta and when l asked they were not putting any out as they were short of staff. Garlic bread was a mess cut into tiny bits and pizza was average This was family fun day so they should have been ready for it being busy. Terrible If l hadn't paid up front l would have not paid for this Blackpool pleasure beach and Amanda Thompson beach this place lets you down so badly spoilt what had been a lovely day on the fair

The restaurant feels bare and lacks any atmosphere or theming, which is disappointing. On the positive side, the food was quite good. However, the service left much to be desired. Upon arrival, we were told by the host that our waitress would explain how things worked once we were seated, but that didn't happen. We were asked to pay upfront, which is perfectly fine, but there was no explanation regarding drinks or additional charges—just handed our plates without any guidance. Additionally, it's worth mentioning that there are no restrooms in the restaurant. Gloves were provided to use the buffet, which is a nice touch, but overall, it just didn’t meet expectations.

STAY AWAY
