Extremely impressed how this place has been turned around for the positive. The staff were all working hard and together as a team. The food was very good and things were clean! Staff was friendly as well!! They were very busy but still maintained a positive atmosphere! Good job View all feedback.
What Chelsea doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Tried coming here 3 times, have had bad experiences all 3 times. Worst was ordering ahead on the app and then being told all I ordered was out of stock, then I had to call the corporate line and was waiting on hold for 45 minutes for a refund. It’s closest to my work, but I’ll be going elsewhere. View all feedback.
The staff here is struggling. They don't have enough people to adequately meet the needs of drive thru and in store customers. It unfortunately took a while to get an online order from in store. I think staff actually means well however they don't have the staffing to serve customers properly.
After the bar to stop and get $60 at Taco Bell and have it be fresh and amazing.... don't sleep on this Taco Bell..
Never know when they are open in the morning. They're at 8:15 and staff is sitting at front smoking cigarettes. Says they aren't open
This past visit (approximately 20 minutes ago at the time of this posting on 5/22/24 at 1:28am is the 4th time the night crew has forgotten part of my order. I'm not sure if they're too high to work (as I have witnessed several of the night crew smoking blunts in their cars and OUTSIDE THE DOOR WHILE STILL OPEN on several occasions or if they just hate the fact they work at taco bell. There is never any friendliness, only attitudes and general disgust of having to work with people. There is always an item missing if you order via drive thru. If you pay $6+ for a single item (and be charged for it, it should be in the bag. Night crew needs to either be retrained or replaced because I'm not going to pay for a full order when a full order is rarely received.
This place is terrible. They make their own hours and only are open when they feel like it.
