Kept up with drinks was nice. However I asked for an over easy egg and I received it only to start fixing up my egg and I noticed the egg whites weren’t cooked all the way the server said that’s what I’d asked for. But last I checked the yolk was supposed to be Ruby not the egg white as well. It took like 6 minutes for my new egg. Then my boyfriend got the blueberry pancakes and noticed those also weren’t cooked all the way. I tried some and I’d say they were 90% cooked. So really it’s their chef. Hopefully you have a better experience. Overall the location was clean and everyone was polite!

The service was horrible, we brought up that the steak was more like jerkey than anything. The burger missing the bacon. We brought up the issue and the only reply was sorry try putting water on it. We live in Florida and often go to a local Bob Evans at home for breakfast where it'... read more I visited on Thanksgiving morning. In town to visit family for the holiday. We live in Florida and often go to a local Bob Evans at home for breakfast where it's always wonderful food and service. With all the cooking happening at the house Thanksgiving morning, we wanted a quick and easy breakfast, so I went out to get everyone McDonald's. When I got there, they were closed. I was not disappointed because I would rather have Bob Evan's, which is very close. I went in to place the order in person, as I don't like ordering food online because I want it fresh and hot. They had a very limited menu, which was disappointing, but that's a corporate decision, not the store. Here's the problem: I sat there waiting while my food sat on the counter getting cold... They were not busy at all, so there was no excuse for that. Finally the hostess said she was going to check on my order and came back with my bags shaking her head that they had just let it sit there. The drive isn't far, and everything was cold when I got back. No salt or pepper for for the sausage gravy, no straws for drinks, etc. I would not order to go from this store again. But the woman working the hostess station around 10 am was wonderful.
