I saw this guy in the back, with brown hair, just standing there yelling at this poor girl with long black hair, making her run around everywhere. From the body language i could see from my car, the poor girl looked so stressed. Is this how they treat their poor employees?? When we have interacted with him before, it was terrible service, he just seemed like he wanted me gone and thats not how i want to feel when grabbing my coffee! And the girl with the black hair was so sweet, she did not deserve this mistreatment!

This location is awesome. The employees here are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming her for almost 5 years. Their product is delicious, and you can't get anything fresher because they make it to order. I appreciate this store and employees. Thanks for the great service consistently

My wife and I love Java Express. We go here a few times a week and have never had a bad experience.
The customer service is awful. If there's an issue, they refuse to offer any assistance or solutions. I will never visit Black Base again.
The drinks were enjoyable at first, but I started to feel like I was wasting my money when I paid for the service.
Pleasant baristas and lots of sugar free options for coffees and drinks.
Went to get drinks before dinner. 2 vehicles were on each side of the building as we pulled up one car left so I went to that side the time was 6:45pm on Sunday. We sat and waited for our turn. They close at 7:00pm on Sunday. We waited till just after 7 when the car in front of us got their drinks and pulled away. Since it was our turn and we had been waiting in line for just over 15 minutes we pulled forward to order to be informed they close early on Sundays so I asked what time since online said 7 the girl at the window stated that was right they close at 7. I politely let her know we had been waiting in line since before 7 about 15 minutes we had waited. The girl rolled her eyes in annoyance and with a rude tone tapped the screen in front of her while she said if I get in trouble I get in trouble, then even more annoyed while rolling her eyes again said what can I get you. Why at this point would we have ordered anything? To wait 15 minutes then have a java employee be rude because it took till 7 for the SUV in front of us to get their drinks was pretty inappropriate if you ask me. We go there alot and usually place a large order between 20 30 worth as we buy.drinks for our whole bunch and we always tip fairly well 5 10 each visit. I think the employee could be a bit nicer next time and if they aren't going to serve any cars after a certain one put out a cone behind the last car to be served or at least shut the open sign off. We will be going else where for our drink orders.

Typically I don?t complain, but when I go here and pay for a $6 drink, and the lady with long fingernails and bad attitude decides to give herself a $5 tip without telling me, now that?s stealing? not happy and will ward everyone away from thisbusiness as I have no respect for anyone who will give their self a tip unknowingly to the card holder.
I typically avoid complaints, but my experience here was quite disappointing. I ordered a $6 drink, and the server, who had long nails and an unprofessional demeanor, took a $5 tip for herself without letting me know. To me, that feels like theft. I'm really frustrated by this and won't be recommending this place to anyone, as I have no respect for someone who takes an unauthorized tip from a customer.
This is an amazing place! The drinks are always top-notch, and the prices are very fair. The staff greets you with a cheerful smile every time. Java is the perfect spot to start my day!
The coffee here is always outstanding—great job, ladies! By the way, I think it would be a fantastic idea to hire a male barista as well!
I love the coffee here and the service... I go twice a day and the rewards card is definitely a life saver it doesn't cost anything to get and you can earn points towards free stuff without an account or email registration like other coffee shops. You can also load cash to it. I usually get the white chocolate caramello. It's good hot, iced, or blended (I prefer iced). Sometimes when I'm not feeling all the sugar I'll get an americano. The only down side is they started making
