Ice milk ?? really !?!! I'll go somewhere else.
We made a quick stop at this restaurant on our way home and I regret it. The place was infested with flies. We ordered a combo meal of chicken tenders and a root beer float. Unfortunately, my root beer float tasted like onions and the tenders had a strange flavor. Shortly after eating, we all fell ill with vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. This place is revolting and we will never be returning.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but there is a lack of professionalism among the employees. It is not ideal to see someone eating an ice cream cone while preparing food, and wearing a Snoop Dogg shirt does not give off a professional image. Additionally, handing out free food in a 'sus A&W box without a bag is also unprofessional. Proceed with caution when dining here.
The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing in terms of quality and taste. The chili cheese dogs we ordered were leaking all over the bag, despite us intending to dine in. The dining area floor was dirty, and although we were the only customers initially, it got busier after we arrived. The clerk was heard apologizing to several customers after us for incomplete orders or forgotten items. One family who ordered after us was still waiting for their dine-in order when we were ready to leave, even though we had been there for at least 20 minutes. Later customers received their orders and left while this family continued to wait patiently. Eventually, they had to go ask about their order. Additionally, the clerk at the front counter was seen using his phone and drinking at the register when not busy with orders, while the messy floor was left unattended. Overall, our experience was very negative, especially considering it was a Friday evening around 7:20pm.
You can't go with A&W for fast service, quality fresh, fast food. They are one of the top three as far as consistency goes, where ever you might be. The veggies always cold and fresh, the patties always hot and the cheese always perfectly melted. Love them chili fries too! 8.2/10
