What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I had a frustrating experience with my Blizzard. When I approached the staff about it, they seemed unsure of how to help me. After I received my order, I went back to get a replacement, but the new one was just a mix of vanilla ice cream at the bottom, with no blending of ingredients. It was quite disappointing! 31st august 2022. we went to the lunch to queen. we have paid our order 2 burger 2 pommes 2 drinks after us. I've been watching the quitting and there's only 1 burger 2 pommes and 2 drinks. So we had to order another burger. we get our order bag and you're just a burger. in the bag we have to wait for the rest. the type that served us so badly on body smell that I couldn't even finish my lunch. I'll never be with milk queen again and I'll let everyone know about my experience.
Service speed was very slow. Food was nice and fresh, so mostly worth the wait. Restaurant was clean.
Will not be returning! An LOL cake was ordered for my nieces birthday. We went to pick up the cake two days before the birthday party and the cake was TROLLS. Spoke to the manager and was told it would be fixed personally by the manager. Picked up the cake and my nieces name was spelt wrong. Couldn’t be bothered again… will not be returning to this store!
The staff is really friendly.Unsure if the portions have gotten smaller or it was just poorly made but my weekly small sundae is significantly smaller than it usually is. :(Update- the whole bottom of this sundae is liquid. Extra sadness.
