Wonderful, friendly service. Simple fare: pizza, corn dogs and egg rolls! The beer was ice cold, ample, comfortable seating area ... and very inexpensive. The pizza was surprising good! Don't let the faded exterior put you off. There isn't much to dine on in this area, but I would stop at the Hoot n Holler again, no question!
Seems like the middles of nowhere, but if you find yourself near Blackduck, MN it's worth the stop. The few people inside jumped to help when I asked if there was an alternate entrance for my wife with a broken ankle. Cars(actually pickups) were moved to allow better access to the side door, help was provided and we got inside. There's no menu, just an offering of corn dogs, egg rolls and pizza. And of course ice cold beer! The four of us ordered all of it. The pizza was hot, and excellent! The server was a wonderful young lady who was so nice, and Minnesota friendly. We could not have felt more welcome in a strange place to us. Pool table, foosball and table shuffleboard, and a great bar rounded out the place. We were so glad we didn't get put off by the quirky name, but pressed on with our decision. A truly fun stop that I will go back to, in the event I ever go back to Blackduck, MN.
Our family always comes to this restaurant by ATV, and it is always very easy to get to with the stretch of trails that lead to it. The pizza is always good, and the staff very friendly. Always such a good place to stop to socialize or have a meet-up.
Ice cold beer, so many pull tabs to choose from. The pizza was hot and delicious, fantastic service!!
AMAZING, GREAT bartender!! working alone,slinging drinks, cooking food, managing like 11 pulltab boxes, bachelorette party group came in! Plus she was funny as hell!! I was NEVER out of a drink, neither anyone else!!
