BUT the cleanliness of The Willows left a lot to be desired, I’m afraid. Sticky tables, dirty salt and pepper pots, food left on chairs from other people, menus so greasy and badly marked. A thorough clean is needed please…..

The waitresses molly and Stephanie have been perfect and have really helped us with all our needs! Molly always brings a smaile to our face and is a great laugh! I couldnt recommend her more.They've gone above and beyond for us and the company. The food has been amazing I really want to thank Tyler and baz for looking after us on that depart!

It was a bit last minute, with 6 adults and 4 kids, but we were not disappointed. The food came out quickly, piping hot, and in generous portions. The kids' meals were only £1, making it not only affordable but also very enjoyable. The staff was lovely, helpful, and quick to clean up after our meal. The restaurant was very clean, including the immaculate toilets. It is evident that they have a great team of staff. Well done to all of you. We will definitely be returning!

It was a no brainer. I picked the Mrs up and mum picked my dad up on the way. We all just fancied a drink and a burger, except my lad who loves cheesy pasta! So we ordered 4 Cowboy burgers (2 3oz burgers, bacon and cheese on a toasted linseed bun) a starter portion of mac n cheese (mac n cheese, bbq sauce and crispy onions) We were told before we ordered they had 3 big tables so there might be a bit of a wait, which to us was perfectly fine. We sat outside next to the kids play area, the manager and his family introduced themselves to us which was lovely, and we met the Head Chef, Ben, which you don't get everywhere! Then around 10 minutes after ordering our food all came out hot and fresh. Like steam off the burgers fresh! The burgers were top tier from the spot on buns to the fresh crispy lettuce from the streaky bacon to the smash style burgers, and the fries! Best fries around! The cheesy pasta? Didn't touch the sides and my Mrs had to give our 5yo lad half her burger and fries on top of the mac n cheese! The lovely girls that took our order, and poured us great drinks were amazing too, a mention to Liv, Elley, Laura and Keeva! An absolutely lovely pub looking over the reservoir, with attentive caring managers and a superb team of staff!

First, the service was absolutely great. in the evening in the bar the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. also the staff at the breakfast was bea... read more First, the service was absolutely great. in the evening in the bar the staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. also the staff at the breakfast was beautiful. the rooms were very clean and had everything they needed. great value for money. dinner in the evening was ok, just not amazing. the starter and dessert were great, but the net (we both had chickenburger,) were a bit dry. how they were reheated or maybe wait to be brought out. there was a waiter who was caring for the whole bar with the help of a female manager. they did the absolute best they could, but it felt as if they were a bit short, which is no reflection at all about them. they were beautiful. we were only one night there, but all in all, for the price we paid, I would definitely stay there again.

Second choice of curry-no rice available!! but it we weren’t told about this straightaway so this most likely accounted for us waiting longer than I’d have expected for our meal to be served. Although it sounds like I have a lot of complaints please don’t think of them as actual complaints because on the whole our visit was good as depicted by the 4 star rating I’ve given
