What User doesn't like about New Dragon:
The dining experience at this restaurant was challenging due to difficulty understanding the staff. Our order was prepared incorrectly, and when we called to address the issue, we were told that nothing could be done. While the food was decent, the customer service was lacking. View all feedback. read moreIn recent reviews of a once-favored local restaurant, patrons have expressed considerable disappointment with the food quality and service. Many highlighted issues such as declining portion sizes, long delivery times, and unsatisfactory dishes, including skewers that arrived dry and hard. Disturbingly, one customer discovered flies in a sealed bag of prawn crackers, leading to a complaint to local health authorities. Conversely, a few diners praised specific dishes like chicken chow mein and crispy chili chicken wings, suggesting that while some items remain enjoyable, the overall experience has diminished significantly. Overall, patrons are increasingly urged to consider alternate dining options.
