Me and my husband ordered a zinger rice box and to start with NO cutlery provided, we was expected to eat salad using a wooden spoon. No chance! Then as stated the box meant to have had a bean salsa, 4 beans is no salsa! Shocking. Very disappointed KFC!

We told about itstaff to let them know so that no one ells would do the same he apollogised but he was going to leave at that. We found some more oil on other seats. and it was on his pants. I asked if there was anything he could use to cover his car seat so we would not transfare it he gave us a bag to sit on. a lady said to complane so did. he went to find the Asstant Manager he came back with there Customer Service web site we tried to contacted and phoned Head Office did not get though.

When... read more KFC is normally my go-to fast food choice, but my visit to the Blackburn location was disappointing. The chicken pieces were tiny and not very appetizing. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the staff, they were unapologetic. This experience has led us to decide that we will not be returning to this location.

I keep ordering because it is... read more This restaurant consistently has missing items in my orders. Even when using Uber Eats for delivery, my order is still incomplete. I keep ordering because it is the closest KFC to me, and my child loves the food. They really need to improve their staff and find employees who can complete orders correctly. Overall, a very disappointing fast food establishment.
