Imran Take Away - Blackburn with Darwen

I ordered a set meal from Just Eat. When it was delivered, one of the curries was missing. When I called to report the missing item, I was accused of lying and the person on the phone hung up on me. The food was subpar and lacked flavor.

I ordered the mushroom pilaf rice, which was basically boiled rice with mushrooms mixed in. The mixed kebabs were just thrown in the box and it caused me stomach issues at 3 o'clock in the morning. I recommend not ordering from this restaurant.

Tea was nice but absolutely awful customer service. Staff member was very rude, don’t bother wasting your time and money

We all went down two couples and ordered starters and main course prior to this we were given Papadoms and chutneys and jug of water. Then knives and forks with tissues put on our table with warm small plates . When starters arrived other knives forks and plates taken away. Excellent Customer Service and Excellent pricing omg so cheap and FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY VERY FRESH AND SO TASTY. People inside the restaurant all the time very popular he has been going over 35 years . Imran is still there excellent big portions of anything you buy. Food is to die for. Yes the decor could do with an update but where else would you get a meal for four with poppadums, cups of tea , starters and cans of drink for less than £35 ? Stick to the karahi gosh , no word of a lie this dish hasn't changed in taste and flavour in 30 years. Still tastes as good as post club and weekend merriment meal. My Son and his friends now frequent the place and long may generations continue to enjoy what is a simple yet homely experience .
