Visit here every time the family is after a Chinese takeaway. Always very good never fails! Staff are friendly and helpful and hardworking. Great that they offer Chinese and Chippy, both always tasting very nice View all feedback.

The Chinese restaurant is now under new management. This is our second visit since the changes. The first time, the food was okay, so we decided to give them another try since they are nearby. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food was flavorless, bland, and overpriced. We do not plan on returning. View all feedback.
We were heading home from Preston and looking for a good fish and chip shop in Blackburn, but unfortunately realized that all the ones we knew were closed. We stumbled upon Cherry Tree Chippy and were hesitant since it was a Chinese takeout, but decided to give it a try. We ordered steak pudding, chips, large mushy peas, and large gravy. The portion of chips was generous enough for two people. The food was delicious and hot, despite the distance from home. We were impressed and even took a menu to come back again. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

I was disappointed with my recent order from this restaurant. The crispy chilli beef tasted almost spoiled and the spring rolls were not great. However, the salt and pepper chicken was good. It was disappointing as I have enjoyed meals from here before.
Love this place, they do the best salt and pepper chips and chicken!! I would highly recommend a visit
Crispy Duck 1/2, Honey Spare Ribs, King Prawn. All delicious and with a free portion of salty chicken wings. Best I’ve had for a long while. Thanks
