I have always had positive experiences at this branch, until today when I enc... read more I am a big fan of Burger King, and the Blackburn location is the only one nearby. I have always had positive experiences at this branch, until today when I encountered the manageress, Jamie, during the day shift. While sitting by the window, I overheard her disrespecting and undermining her colleagues in a shocking manner. She is a terrible manager and lacks good customer service skills. On the other hand, the young man working at the till and on the microphone is fantastic and always adds some humor to our visits. It is unfortunate to witness how Jamie treated him and her other colleagues in front of us. As a frequent customer of this branch, I urge the management to either transfer, remove, or demote Jamie to a more suitable position and replace her with someone who truly values the customers. This visit was very disappointing and it is a shame to see such behavior at an otherwise great branch.
