What Peggy Bailey doesn't like about Culver's:
Put a larger order thru the drive-thru for three people. Got home with the meals, no sauce for my chicken tenders, no tartar for the fish sandwich. Called and was told tartar should be on the bottom bun. Yes, there it is can almost see it, cannot taste it, but the effort was made. Took us 20 min to get our food. It was left under the warming light. They forgot about us.....
You can't beat a Culver's hamburger. They taste fresh cause they are. The lettuce n tomatoes were still cold n the burger was hot....
Super fast drive thru even when ordering the fish specials. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. But the desert is the thing!
Consistently speedier service than any other franchise fast food place in our town. Friendly help and good with special orders. Good food (great burgers).
The staff is always friendly always ready to fill any needs or questions you may have all crew members are knowledgeable of all menu items.
