By the time we got up to the front window, I saw the one gentleman at the window seemed frazzled. Your computer system was down. It happens from time to time. I work fast food as well. Just remember, keep up the great work! Food was great! Please share this with your employees, as I want that gentleman to know, don't let your day get down, even if the system goes down, all will be great either way in the end. Remember, end of shift, you can sit back, relax, crank some music, and just chill with the rest of your awesome crew. I think you deserve a gift card for handling the situation so well man.
