I have eaten here for many years and the food is always good! Recently, they have revised the menu a little. Your new Burger options are amazing! The Black and Blue is the best burger in the area. Such a great place! Only a handful of miles outside of Black Mountain over the continental divide but it feels like a hundred miles away in the country. It's such an easy drive. A nice little stage Shaggy and Susie were playing and they're fantastic! Grab a table outside and order at the bar inside. I've eaten my fair share of nachos, but I don't think I've ever had them with fried chicken strips. So, so good. Great beer selection, friendly service, wonderful music and unbeatable atmosphere.
Food is great. Staff is fantastic. Location and ambience can't be beat. Super friendly gaggle of kids of customers running around. Very family friendly. Family favorites are the kale Caesar, the straightaway burger, and the shrimp and grits.
