The Countryman - Blaby

First time here despite living in the area for many many years. We really enjoyed it. The staff were very polite and efficient. This was a really strong part of the appeal. We were pleased with our meals and the price was quite reasonable. We particularly liked the main bar area which was warm and cosy. The wine was very good. We will certainly return as it is nice to have food that has not been “cooked”in a microwave. The full car park was a testament to just how popular this place has become.

Lovely pub, friendly staff and fabulous food. Best Sunday roast around. We go regularly and find it's consistently good. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic place! The pub section is charming and inviting, with a cozy and warm atmosphere. The restaurant area is elegant and sophisticated. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making sure you are happy and well taken care of. Visiting this establishment gives you a sense of belonging and makes you feel welcomed. It's definitely a place that leaves you feeling better after experiencing it.

Lovely family meal Both the waitress and waiter we had were brilliant and the food was great, we all enjoyed our meals. Nice relaxed atmosphere and decor. Plenty of parking opposite. Would highly recommend

It has been some time since we last visited the Bricklayers, and we were definitely not disappointed. The service was excellent and the Sunday lunch was absolutely delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.
