What Dean S doesn't like about Harvester:
My family of 8 made a reservation for Sunday at 12:15 at a restaurant. We were seated promptly, but the seats and table were sticky. The glass in the cubicle partition was dirty, likely from a greasy cloth. Don't use this place I booked a table in the morning we got they they wear closed due to no oven working they dint have the decency to call I call them they had the nerve to say they call me I had no calls at all bad service bad lying am glad I dint get served it would off been bad as they don't care about customers
The website is out of date as we understood breakfast would be served until 12 noon. Despite arriving st 11.40 we were told breakfast was no longer being served. No information re hot drinks on the very dirty menus. We had poor coffee whilst deciding we didn't want burgers etc etc for breakfast. The manager looked embarrassed and said she would inform head office about the timings. As we left after 12, breakfast food was being delivered to tables. Not like to return
An appraisal for T-J. T-J was so lovely, such a nice person. I think he is new as haven't seen him before although we haven't been for a while due to work. But please acknowledge and give T-J an appraisal, young lads need it when they make such an effort for the company and represent the Harvester in an excellent light. He deserves recognition.
We were served by Lauren H who was naturally personable, helpful and polite!
Delicious and my gluten free daughter was well catered for. Thank you!
