Car ahead of us in drive took longer than normal.when we got our food it was cold..

When we asked at the drive-thru window if they had put in the salad dressing and spicy ketchup, they gave us attitude and said of course they did. When we looked in the bag, not only had they NOT put in the salad dressing, but they also left out my large fries and plasticware. When my wife went in to ask for them, FIVE EMPLOYEES IGNORED HER until she started to walk around the counter to get someone 's attention. Then the MANAGER of all people put her hands up and said you can 't come back here! My wife said she was just trying to get someone 's attention. The manager then said haughtily, I 'm coming! They were NOT busy. 1 or 2 tables inside and 2 cars in drive-thru. Unacceptable. My wife didn 't tell me how rudely they had treated her until we left. Unbelievable. Not even busy, on a Wednesday around 5:45, after waiting 25 minutes in the drive-thru. TERRIBLE. To top it all off, the jalapeño Whataburger I had was dry and tough as leather. I didn 't even eat it all. Yuck.

Love this Whataburger location! Always clean and the staff is friendly! You can always tell a well managed fast food place and this one is consistent in food quality, speed and service.

I really like the sausage, egg, and cheese Tacito with the hashbrown sticks and coffee. It is a great go-to from the drive-through in the mornings.

The “boss/manager” was purposely verbally assaulting an elderly worker while he was just trying to do his job. She was so loud that everybody could hear and everybody was looking at her like she was stupid. People were speaking up telling her to stop and she didn’t.
