I received a sandwich that had meat which looked like it had been left out for too long and was turning gray. When I brought this to the manager's attention, they refused to remake my sandwich or issue a refund. I will be disputing the charge.

They welcomed us with warm smiles, offered attentive assistance, and even shared a few jokes, which added to the experience. Their friendly attitude and strong work ethic made our visit enjoyable. Andy and Pret are real assets to the Subway team, and we can't wait for our next visit!
