I was trapped in Bivio and it was almost passed 2 am, even still they answered my call and gave me a room. Room was cozy and enough. Breakfast wasn’t so bad but... read more I was trapped in Bivio and it was almost passed 2 am, even still they answered my call and gave me a room. Room was cozy and enough. Breakfast wasn’t so bad but needs a little bit improvement. Staff were lovely and they can speak English. They even helped me to find my way back to airport next day, show me which road was safe to drive. I hope I can visit another day on better conditions : .

I would particularly like to highlight the warm-hearted hostess and the extremely good cuisine. An insider tip for ski tourers who want to sleep directly on the mountain but want more luxury than in a SAC hut. And where else has enough tours for a two-week vacation?
