All complained about the same mistakes in this filiale for about a year and it seems only worse. the management seems to be really not interested in this or maybe it should be changed. missing ordering, long waiting times and completely wrong ordering are probably standard in drive thru. quite honest, if they didn't have a machine there that tells them how much everything costs and how much change money would come back that would also run completely wrong. I've been able to see this again today, but this time it's really disgusting. chillicheesefries were almost raw and tasteless, my chickenfries were almost burned, the sose was missing and one of them was even worn (igitt,) and in my smoothie were green pieces plastic with it. telephone is permanently occupied or simply plugged out because probably all day the phone rings with complaining. although it should not be our task if you decide for the juice store, always controls your order and immediately alerts them to errors.

I had a menu with whopper - rolls totally dry - the sosse has gone out - meat dry - had to get that down at all, no good pommes - bad sort kartoffels , and all this together still cold to lukewarm. sorry bk, I will soon be a competitor, because 7 euro are also money.

Ruime parking. echt proper was dit restaurant niet, op dat moment duidelijk een tekort aan personeel . het eten kon sneller door gegeven worden, maar was wel warm.

We like to eat fast food but never again in bitburg at burger king. that's the last! unfriendly, totally overwhelmed, cold eating, tables all dirty though nix was off, ordering I've improved twice..... Even if you gave me money, I would never go there again.
