Taverna Dogarilor - Bistriţa

The restaurant is located in Str. Alexandru Odobescu, No. 7, Bistrita, with a capacity of 64 seats within and 48 seats on the terrace where you can enjoy good food with your loved ones. The foods are prepared from the raw material of local producers or local farms. They also have a selection of Romanian wines: Jelna, Liliac, Oprisor, Petro Vaselo, Gitana wines. Every week, from Monday to Friday, the daily menu is served, within the daily servings available.

Nice atmosphere for lunch. We all had soups that were acceptable. We had better tripe soup, but it was okay. For the net we have all calf livers, which were well cooked and flavoured. For deserts, we had Crepe's ass as a chocolate cake that were... very nice. We were with soft drinks for lunch as we would either drive or work in the afternoon.

I just wanted to say thank you for the nice meal my husband and I had in Taverna Dogarilor. I had the mixed cheese salad, which was surprisingly delightful, which was a delicious combination of cheese, seeds, mushrooms and green leaves! Definitely recommend! My husband had... the soup and for the net we had the grilled salmon (which was slightly on the elevated side) with grilled vegetables and my husband had the mozzarella turkey breast with corn potatoes. The service was quick and friendly.

After waiting for 10 minutes for the menu, and looking in the menu for another 10, a waitress came and told us they're not serving food because the day before was too crowded and they were left with no food...

Nice staff, lovely ambiance. Excellent wine by the glass, especially the red. My husband had the ribs and I had literally the best duck I've ever had. I just wish we were here tomorrow night so we could come again.
