Downside is the queueing system which is very slow due to the sandwich station. Also means it was a bit crowded by the cashier. Located near the highway with multiple other facilities nearby for amusement. Parking lots available and a toilet. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed: While a colleague behind the counter was struggling w... read more Unfortunately, our visit to Subway was anything but satisfactory. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed: While a colleague behind the counter was struggling with the orders, the colleague was calmly sweeping the guest area, even though customers were sitting and eating there. What was particularly unpleasant was that she sprayed and wiped the tables with a cleaning bottle directly behind the seated guests a clear violation of basic hygiene standards. To make matters worse, she even sat down while she was sweeping. After 20 minutes of waiting (with only five customers in front of us), a look at the ingredients counter was the final appetite igniter. Everything seemed careless and not very fresh. There seems to be an urgent need for training in hygiene and customer service. Unfortunately we cannot recommend this branch. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
