I love zaxbys and will go back, but never again at this place susan h. should not work in customer service. she was rude and insulted when I had ordered. it took 15 minutes to get my food and when I did, I got a tiny piece of chicken in a bungalow with a piece of cheese twice the size. that wasn't even close to what I had ordered. susan h. needs to get a job somewhere else that doesn't work with other people because... Went through the drive thru. We asked for ketchup sauce for my hubby's tender plate they didn't give us any! I didn't know they had grilled chicken for the salad, so I got that as a much healthier option. I loved looking at the pictures on the wall. It's been a bit since I have seen anything about Jeff Gordon and Chevy Wagons from the 50s. The staff were agreeable to making my salad with Buffalo sauce.
