The call center staff and the young workers on the floor are not communicating effectively. When the power went out, they had to rely on a generator, which slowed down the crew's operations. However, the call center continued to process orders, promising the usual wait times despite the delays. View all feedback.
The manager of the outlet is clueless about customer service,he even doesn't even have patience with customers,his workers are better than him . Am disappointed
Debonairs was mess I think the king Williams town need to go for training compare other place like Bloemfontein.King Williams doesn't taste good at all no meat inside the pizza only tomato that's a lot I'm not happy

Ordered my food 3 hours ago and still nothing. This is by far the worst service I urge not to order here they don’t even answer your calls and put you on hold for hours. It was an awful experience!!!
It was nice that I enjoyed the pizza of debonairs pizza
