Istanbul - Bishkek

Istanbul is the place where locals choose to smoke the hookah, the Turkish water pipe. In the afternoon, it fills up with young people smoking it. But it is also a restaurant, decent. For example, the lentil soup was good, but the roasted eggplant was very bad. They probably prepare the meats really well, but maybe it is a place to have tea and smoke the pipe, rather than to come for dinner (unless you are in the area and don't want to travel far).
