I'll start with the pizza: a solid 9.5. The dough is incredibly soft, incredibly easy to chew, and the mozzarella is incredibly fresh, not at all rubbery—a pleasure for the palate. ​But the real added value is visible on the walls: the place is full of trophies, medals, and certificates. It's clear there's a lot of research and uncommon passion behind it. Kudos to the pizza chef: keep it up, you're truly talented! ​The place is large, welcoming, and also offers a grill with an amazing meat counter. The staff is incredibly kind and the service is incredibly fast (the appetizers and pizzas arrived in a flash). I'll definitely be back, see you soon!
